Job Description

As a Front Line Food Assembler, you are the person fulfilling customer orders. You will read kitchen orders thoroughly and assemble the elements of each order accurately to customer specifications. You will communicate with associates, managers, and customers. You will be responsible for maintaining the high-quality of our products by giving attention to detail and adhering to the specifications of all products. Additionally, you will multitask, which includes restocking the line, cleaning and sanitizing countertops, answering phone calls, and clearing dirty dishes to ensure that the flow of the operation remains continuous and uninterrupted.

Candidates Requirements

  • Food service experience (preferred)

  • Able to work minimum 25 hours per week (including weekends and holidays)

  • Follow verbal and written instructions, and adhere to strict food safety guidelines

  • Customer service friendly attitude

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Physical stamina

  • Good communication skills

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Willingness to learn

  • Flexible availability

  • HS diploma or equivalent; culinary school diploma a plus

Job Responsibilities

  • Assemble tickets in a fast, accurate, and productive manner

  • Accurately proportion food, and follow recipes

  • Greet customers and share knowledge of our ingredients, as needed

  • Clean and sanitize workspace during shift and scheduled restaurant cleaning

  • Stock, FIFO rotation, date & label all products

  • Assist in opening and closing procedures of kitchen and restaurant

  • Record time-temperature logs for cooked products

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager on duty
